At Alignory, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products should be in their original condition whenever possible.
Accessories included in bundles are also eligible for return under the same conditions.
Return Shipping
Alignory covers all return shipping costs.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide prepaid return labels.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at support@alignory.co with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible and attach the provided label.
Ship the item back to the address given by support.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please process a return for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been misused or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
Gift cards and digital downloads are not eligible for returns.
